Gorgeous Cozy Cottage with a heritage feel, walks, pubs & wood burner

Really cosy pretty cottage - perfect for a weekend getaway.

The amazing views. The beds. The easy stairs for older people. Decor. Coversion finish was excellent. Room at the front for dogs to be safe outside.

Settee could have been more comfortable.

Lovely location even though not ideal if driving a big car as the roads are quite narrow. Nice decor.

Lack of communication with the owner was irritating. Messaged them and called them a couple of times as we needed some help however no response, not even a courtesy follow up message. Small amount of wood given for the wood burner, very small towels so if you’re tall / curvy bring your own as these will not cover you. When washing the dishes we noticed a small leak coming from under the sink and there was mould on the window sill in the bathroom.

Absolutely loved this little cottage it had some lovely old features such as the fireplace in the bedroom but was really modern , warm, and welcoming. Set in a lovely village with places to eat and drink just a short walk away. As we were staying in December the owner had even put up a Christmas tree which was a lovely touch. Had everything you could need including netflix and was dog friendly. Highly recommend
