Room 2 had an a door that adjoins the kitchen/lounge area. The door was obscured by a free standing wardrobe that had a hole in the back of it. Looking at the door in the kitchen/lounge, it was not a lockable door and therefore with out any real effort entry into room 2 from the kitchen/lounge area would be very simple. I took a shower in the morning and noticed water from the bathroom was dripping from the kitchen ceiling. I booked for three nights but stayed only one. The room is unfit to be let as a safe and secure room.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service and cleanliness. From the moment I made the booking, no one contacted me to provide the instructions. I sent a message and was told that on the day of the reservation, they would write to me with the introduction for checking. They didn’t. I had to call upon arrival

I had to call upon arrival We found a box of hamburgers with chips and the hamburger in the side so disgusting in the room.

I would not recommend for this property for the group or for family .. it’s a shared property with one toilet for 4 bedrooms I did not enjoyed it

I have been told that the house key of the property has to be kept in the key safe all the time when we got there the key wasn’t there and it was with the other guest who went out side with the house key

I noticed that there was staff from past guests which where not cleared .this really need to be looked at ..
