Holly was very helpful and a good host.

Neighbour upstairs very noisy, moving furniture till midnight then up at 5am banging about. Less than 5hrs sleep both nights. Blamed a cat (must have a tiger up there). Should have drove home!!

The location was good in relation to the site we were working on,

The flat was part of a HMO, it was very tired, it needs updating. The bathroom is extremely small, and very tired, the taps are haning off the bath.

Good location, communal lounge-dining area is a good size with plenty of seating & great to have parking on site. It was clean & tidy on arrival & location/key instructions were clear & easy to follow.

Maybe our expectations are too high, but I think describing it as a beautiful flat is stretching the imagination. The main bed is a double metal frame with a foot board (no picture on the website) so not long enough for a man of 6ft 4ins. The lower futon type bed has a very tired mattress that dips in the centre & is in a room accessed by an 18inch doorway, which also isn’t shown on the website pics. Would have been good to know there’s no terrestrial tv & you need to subscribe to a streaming service which you have to log into on the tv to watch anything. The bathroom isn’t good, a lot of mould round the window, very cramped for space, not enough shelf space to put your toiletries & it needs a really good clean, the whole flat smells musty/damp when you come in.

There was a smell which was unpleasant coming from one of the neighbouring apartments but otherwise everything was good

Easy to locate, good instructions from host, less than a mile walk from station. Plenty of room inside apartment.

It is a beautiful apartment, maybe just a little tired and perhaps in need of a deep clean.

Lovely, spacious flat in a great location I really enjoyed my stay at this flat. It was clean, cosy, and surprisingly spacious, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was excellent—close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. There were no issues at all, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Spacious and comfortable. Good bed. Everything clean and well equipped.

The road outside is a bit noisy as it’s busy but earplugs meant I slept well. I couldn’t get the TV to work or play Netflix but watched on my laptop with WiFi. Clear instructions would be helpful.

Beautiful apartment, has everything you need for a short stay, location was ideal for our needs, will definitely be returning.

Had to park on the street but this wasn't a problem.
