Modern 2bedroom House in Ipswich Suffolk

Beautifully maintained new house. Spotlessly clean. Well equipped. Full of light. Excellent TV. Lots of thoughtful touches.

The only thing that stopped me giving a perfect 10 was the mattress that I found quite uncomfortable.

The house is clean and comfortable with attractive touches throughout. Everything was just as we hoped. I would definitely recommend it.

The property was excellent. The attention to detail was amazing. So clean and presented lovely.

Would of been good to have been informed at the distance the nearest supermarket was. We would of then done a shop when we came across one on our way. Instead the closest one was a corner shop.

Beautifully set up and nearly furnished. Very comfortable rooms and everything provided.

Absolutely nothing . It was fantastic .

Loved the house lovely setting kids loved it well catered for allnwe needed it for. All nice fresh new modern will defo stay again.

The location for us on this occasion was way too far from the venue we booked it for. I wasnt aware how far away from the race track it was and we left our race lorry at the track in Ipswich we had to get taxis which was £55 to and from the track which for 2 days was expensive and no access to a vehicle and not near a shop spoiled it abit for us but on a better note we would comeback to stay and take in the sights of the area we dont usually see when we racing . So will defo stay again just not on a racing weekend .

Well equipped, clean, quiet

Was not in the location displayed on Booking.com which was a main reason for booking it.

The property was quiet, really clean and well presented. Everything we needed was there and the walks around water were fantastic

This isn’t a negative but a suggestion, the first postcode took us out of our way but the second postcode took us to the door.

Directions sent the morning of arrival - house is new, so specific directions sent re property location as not found with postcode search. Great communication from Lola. House is modern and very clean. Lovely to have some milk, bread and butter plus tea and coffee for our stay - so many places do not provide this, so thank you!

Booking.com's location pin is wrong on the details page - that would be my only criticism - directed at booking.com not Lola's home!
