Modern 2bedroom House in Ipswich Suffolk

Lovely house, short walk to marina, convenient for where we were visiting.

Not really about the house, but make sure you have milk with you when you arrive if you have an early start - I arrived after the local convenience store had closed and it doesn't open until 8am so I had to drive a surprisingly long way to get milk for the kids' breakfast in the morning.

I was surprised by how considerate Lola had been leaving spices available to use, a spare toothbrush, etc. Fresh milk and bottled water in the fridge Ample space and well equipped kitchen. Quiet and parking for two cars though only one needed. I was with a Japanese client who appreciated being able to watch English programmes on a large smart tv.

Being relatively new, the postcode wasn’t recognised. We were told about this in an email which I failed to read properly so it took a long time to find as Sat Nav and Google took us all over the place.

The directions were idiosyncratic and easily misunderstood. You park around the back but you need to access from the front first of all which is a little awkward.

The WiFi didn’t work and therefore couldn’t watch anything on the TV or use our phones properly which was very disappointing and not in the property description.
