"Superb"

Clean, tidy, cosy and homely. Well equipped and Lola was very accommodating. Overall a very comfortable stay.

Our only critism really would be the WiFi connection was poor.

Wow! An absolutely beautiful, well equipped house. Extremely well priced, Immaculately clean and all new furnishings- bedding and towels were superb. Plenty of room for a family of 4. The food parcel was a lovely touch as were the children’s books. Thank you

Would have been helpful to have a little guide to the heating/ appliances/bins/ amenities in the area.

"Stylish, clean and well located property."

The property was immaculate. It was obvious how new the house was, stylishly finished with a well-equipped kitchen. The location worked well for what we wanted to do, with Ipswich down the road, Felixstowe, Harwich and Flatford not far away.

Being a new property, some additional details on the use of the house equipment would be useful. Such as the heating and kitchen appliances.
