Pittville Student Village in Cheltenham

I really liked the value for money and the simplicity. The rooms were compact and comfortable. The staff at the university were really helpful.

The mattress could have been a bit harder.

No breakfast. I knew the location. Not central but OK.

tiny suggestion- soap in the sink and a few tea bags/milk sachets to use in the kitchen on arrival would have been very helpful.

Near to the 2 Pittville Parks and the racecourse, so plenty of walking. Easy walk into town, but 2 buses if get lazy. Had own quiet, secure room with en-suite bathroom, toilet. Desk & chair to work, good heating. Good wifi. Large shared kitchen area, but never saw another tenant. No daily room cleaning. Stayed for a month, and would do so again. Mini-mart 50 yards away...or enjoy the 3 Pittville Park eateries.

For security reasons, the windows were large frosted glass, which only opened a sliver, so no sweeping vistas. No TV, radio so bring your own.
