Great location, good place to have a home base while exploring Cao Bang. The host is also wonderful, she's so friendly and can help with transportation or things to do in the province.

big room with huge windows facing the river and a pedestrian/bike bridge. good aircon. nice area in from of the room to sit outside.

the afore-mentioned bridge is a metal construction and incredibly noisy with motorbikes crossing all day and night, while the room has zero sound-proofing. I woke up feeling like I had not slept at all. also, there was a bad smell from the bathroom, but running the fan with the door closed alleviated that issue.

"A bit disappointed"

The staff allowed me to do a late check in 1 am. Low price for a room 9$

However the room was terrible, very humid and no windows.

"2 Night Stay"

The room was large with more than enough room to move around freely. Excellent view of the river through full window. Had a riverwalk right behind the property so you could enjoy versus walking the busy street side.

No fault of the property but a very busy bridge right next to it.
