A great staff with a facilities and a great air conditioner and strong wifi and miss istibraq has a great attitude with a customer and Miss jilan the receptionist was a incredible attitude and smile face with customers and a lovely girl and they deserve a promotion especially Jilan

"Decent hotel"

You could check in any time, unlike other hotels in Erbil. Polite hotel staffs. Clean and comfortable. It was cheap.

The location is not really inside the city Breakfast was not for 4 stars hotel.

"Multiple visit to this place"

My third time booking in this hotel. Very cooperative staff with smiley face at any time you face them. I cannot forget Mr Zakariya who behaves like an old friend as if you know him for ages, or you feel him a brother at some point. My greetings and good wishes to all for kind help and cooperation.
