The hotel is very good and at a good price. It is clean, along with the price, breakfast is also offered. The staff is very kind, especially Mr. Zakaria at the reception, he is very kind, very good at his job, professional, always with a smile to help you with anything you need. If you visit the hotel, ask for Mr. Zakaria, he will help you more than enough, he is a true professional, everyone who stays at the hotel says the best words about Mr. Zakaria at the reception. I had booked a single room and when I arrived at the hotel, Mr. Zakaria gave me a larger room at the same price, where I rested and did my business. I will definitely prefer the hotel again when I visit Erbil again. The hotel is not far from the center, with a taxi in 4-5 minutes you are in the heart of Erbil.

I made a reservation via Booking around 2-3 months in advance because I was planning to arrive there during Eid, when many of the Hotels in Erbil may be fully booked. In the meantime the Hotel has made an upgrade to a 4 Star Hotel and the price has increased. While checking in I have been informed that the price on my reservation is no longer valid, but fortunately the Manager Zakharia fixed the whole issue and let me stay for the lower price mentioned in the reservation. I would like to thank him for his help, as moving to another hotel would have cost me some time and extra stress. I will for sure consider staying in the Hotel next time while in Erbil.

Its position and the comfortable way of transportation

A little bit far from the city centre, nevertheless having a car will not make any hinder of staying in.

His experience was wonderful, with good ratings and excellent services. The receptionist, Zakaria, also excelled in his excellent performance in providing all necessary and additional services for free, dealing smoothly and with a broad mind for the service.
