Hotel Hilen De Ville

I had a great stay at Hotel Helen. The staff were excellent, especially Zakaria, who went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience for guests. His professionalism and kindness truly made a difference. The hotel itself was nice, offering a welcoming atmosphere and good amenities. That being said, the hotel is currently undergoing renovations, which, once completed, will undoubtedly make the place stand out even more. I look forward to seeing the improvements on my next visit. Overall, a great experience with fantastic service!

They dont accept quests Which made me uncomfortable

They kept my ID CARD then when I left they forgot to hand it to me so I had to send a driver

The hotel has a good location, good hospitality and quiet place for a stay, also the breakfast was good.

The bathroom was not so good.

The staff were friendly,the elevator was fast and available all time,

There was hair on the deb from the people before us , for three days they didn’t change the sheets,they put tissues and soap only . Bathroom was leaking underneath the shower at the two rooms I ranted and the breakfast was poor , the parking was just in the street it’s not organised, At mid night it’s become noisy at the next room they shouting and the men walk around the way and screaming ,

I liked the bed, the rooms size, and the staff they were very polite

Firstly the price was different from the one in the app, also the bathrooms need a change
