Private room in Modern and Stylish House

Location ideal for a visit to the area. Breakfast was not part of the deal. Good little deli/café 5 minutes walk.

The self check in system was great, allowing me to check in at my own convenient

The room could have done with black out blinds as the sun started to shine in at early hours of the morning

The property was very clean,other tenants were very welcoming and considerate,slept peacefully with no noise and the owner checked up to ensure that we were all alright.

Clean tidy, easy to use and friendly.

I left my iPhone charger, can you check please? possibly in the kitchen. Thanks

No breakfast. Location was very quiet and suited well my personal needs and the area I needed to be for other family members but is not close to any transport links or items of interest.

The guests in the next room were extremely unsociable. Very loud into the early hours of the morning talking loud on their phones and taking showers at 3.00 a.m. I had to knock on their door at 2.00 a.m. to politely ask them to lower the noise slightly if possible, but the noise created by taking showers at stupid times was unexplainable to me. Also in the morning, there was an additional person sleeping on the settee in the shared living room making it uncomfortable for us trying not to disturb them. Not sure if this was a paying guest or someone invited back by guests.

Properly is meticulously decorated, clean, homely and hosts are welcoming and friendly. The location is a quiet suburban area and within easy transport links to East Croydon.
