The Internet was playing up initially, but that's been resolved by the wonderful hosts.

Terrible Attitude of the House Owner.

Lovely home, clean and comfortable. Located in a quiet suburban area. Easy commute to and from East Croydon by tram. Local shops and takeaway available. There’s a big Tesco in Elmers End, one stop on the tram from Arena.

I love the cleanliness and facilities. The partner of the host was nice and helpful.

I didn't like the size of the room. It was too small and choky. I didn't like the fact that the description of the room on booking com as a private room was misleading. It wasn't indicated that the room has no private bathroom but a shared bathroom. I didn't like the response to my message in which I complained about the size of the room and shared bathroom not meeting my expectation of the information on booking.com The response was not polite. I was asked to cancel and look for another accomodation when I had already paid via booking.com
