Filao Beach by Sansi was absolutely excellent. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. The staff is incredibly kind, attentive, and always smiling – their warmth really makes this place special. We arrived well after midnight, yet the team had thoughtfully saved dinner for us, which was such a kind and much-appreciated gesture after a long journey. Service like this truly shows how much they care about their guests. The hotel is beautiful, calm, and not crowded at all, which creates a very relaxed and intimate atmosphere. The beachfront location is stunning, and the beach is cleaned every single day from seaweed, so it’s always pleasant and well maintained. The dinners are absolutely spot on. Every night offers a different type of food, with great variety and fresh, high-quality ingredients. The food easily matches what many previous guests have praised, and we fully agree. The evening programmes and activities are really nice and add a lovely touch to the overall experience without being overwhelming.

El lugar fue increíble. Si lo que buscar es tranquilidad del sitio es una buena opción. Tienes opciones de moverte a conocer lugares más turísticos también.

Plage jamais nettoyé, impossible de nager car presque toujours en marée basse Prix super chère au sain de l’hôtel Repas copieux, pas trop de choix dans le buffet. Pas de restaurant ni de magasin à proximité. Très mauvaise localisation ! Coupure d’électricité récente dans l’hôtel

Also das Personal war Top, ich hab noch nie so nette Menschen kennengelernt vorallem gegenüber Kinder. Der Strand war leider nicht so schön aber das hat uns nicht gestört, wir waren eh lieber im Pool mit den Kindern. Das Essen war auch mega Lecker 😊 Kann das Hotel nur empfehlen 👍

Wij hebben hier een geweldige tijd gehad. Je voelt je als een Vip gast ! Alles was lekker relax en zeer goed. Wat maakte het speciaal zoveel , Poets meisjes komen 2 x per dag ze brengen verse bloemen om het specialer te maken avonds komen ze voor het hemelbed muggen net toe te maken en je bed opnieuw te maken dat doen ze nergens en geeft toch weer een extra. Het personeel is zo vriendelijk ze behandelen je als een vip gast en zijn oprecht lief niet gewoon omdat het hun job is. Ze spreken je je aan met je naam vanaf dag 1. Echt oprecht het beste resort waar we ooit waren. Ze onderscheiden zich toch echt tegenover andere accomodaties. Ik ben helemaal zenn vertrokken .

Alles was perfect kan niets bedenken. Ik zou zo terug willen gaan !

The breakfast could be better. Transport quote Inrequested was to and from the resort I was quoted 50 dollars but ended up having to pay 100 USD.
