The Tranquility and view was exceptional. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Some of the utensils were not available within the unit. The towels weren't pure white and overall the place looked a bit used.

Beautiful place! Loved the patio and hot tub. A very spacious house.

No hairdryer, no braai tongs and no AC. But 1 phone call and the reception sent the hairdryer and tongs straight away. An amazing property that should already be equipped with an AC. It gets way too hot without one.

Spacious apartment & great location

Location is unbeatable. It is also fa enough from the local village to feel secluded but close enough for shopping, restaurants etc. The views of the lagoon are amazing.

It was not clear on the booking.com which villa we were getting. In the end, we were on the other side of the road, further from the lagoon, without the external hot tub. It was confusing as the email from the property asked us if we wanted a hot tub warmed up. On entering, there was a very musty smell, like a lack of ventilation and the sheets were not very clean. We were only there overnight to go to a safari game drive nearby. Any longer and this would not have been acceptable. We also had lunch at the main hotel. We waited so long for someone to take our order and then it took so long for the food to come , only for one of the orders to be wrong. But the food was ok. As our time at the property was short, we missed out on renting a kayak or SUP that afternoon and had to wait till the next morning.
