I liked that it was close to the beach

The place was not the cleanest. When we arrived the pictures on the website differed to the villa we were allocated and the allocated villa they gave us had a terrible damp smell that was really hard not to get a headache from. With two young girls and one with allergies I was in shock when they expected us to stay in that villa. After quite some time of explaining to reception that the allocated villa was not the same as the pictures on the site that the pictures on the app it was what we expected to have allocated to us and also then tell them the room was damp smelling.. it was draining for me.. and to top it off for them to say to me this has happened before the pictures on the site are not the same and allocation is at random of the villas I was in actual horrible shock because another guest had must that same experience was totally brain baffling..they finally allocated us a new villa smaller than what we paid for and said they would upgrade us the next day which they did.. it really spoiled our family trip and literally crushed from the start the joyful experience of our holiday.. I have stayed at many places and never experienced such before… I guess safe to say we won’t be staying there again until they review their guest experiences and actually change the bad for the good so the guests are happy from the beginning of the stay not in between…

Spacious and well equipped

They advertised it with a hot tub but after booking informed that there is a substantial additional fee to make use of the facility!!

Location

The photos on bookings.com are not specific to the units which is a problem as in a sense it’s false advertising
