The unit was not cleaned well At all

The place is amazing, spacious and very modern. Loved the view and balcony, very close to Langebaan and the National Park. Would love to go back again but for longer this time.

I did not like being booked in at Shark Bay Beach and being given a unit that I did not book. The unit given to me did not have a balcony and view like advertised. When I phoned reception about it, they moved me to the unit above, which was empty. To they gave me the wrong unit, perhaps to see if I'd be ok with it. While the unit I actually booked was upstairs from me and vacant. Had to take this up with reception to get corrected.

It was beautifully clean and in a great location.

We had to walk past the neighbours open back garden to get to our villa.

One of the most comfortable and enjoyable stays that we’ve had in a long time! Travelling with a 2 year old can be a bit tricky sometimes, but this trip was so easy and we didn’t feel like we needed to get out of the place during the day to keep the little one busy. It is so big and functional - the bathrooms have ample space around the basin to put all your toiletries, the lounge is spacious and well set out, the beds are huge - more than big enough to sleep two adults and a toddler, the outside braai area is big and perfect to entertain, the wood-fired tub is large and easy to heat up, there’s a large dishwasher and fridge and the kitchen is fully kitted with all the plates, glasses and cutlery you could need. We definitely would stay here any time we go to Langebaan, there is no place that could match it.

When we arrived it was very hot inside, but once we opened the sliding door and all the windows, and turned the fans on full speed it was bearable again. There is no cell signal at all in Shark Bay, and while the wi-fi was super fast in the majority of the villa, it doesn’t reach the last bedroom.

The whole place is misrepresented. It is a construction site.

The Villa was dirty throughout, with large machinery working just behind. The outside area was really dirty with cigarette buts and litter in front of the villa. It was totally unloved and exactly the opposite of what we thought we had purchased. We left 2 days early.

The location was excellent, and the accommodation functional and very spacious. The bathroom was a good size and well equipped.

Although everything was very new and very spacious, it wasn’t well cleaned which let it down. It wasn’t dirty but kitchen fronts were wiped down but left smeared by the cloth. This was also a problem in the bathroom which again the glass of the room partition and shower cubicles were wiped but left smeared. Although they may not have been dirty, the smearing made them not look clean.
