That I was never told in advance that I need to pay 500 to use the hot tub

View and location and accommodation were great

It got extremely windy and cold The hot tub took an extremely long time to work not 1hr as they say more like 12hrs or more

The restaurant and proximity to the beach was excellent! The hot tub was amazing once we figured it out. The cleaning staff were great and very hospitable. I thoroughly enjoyed the outside sitting area and how utensils and crockery were catered for.

What I didn't like was that we had to take our own towels to the pool. I also didn't appreciate the noise intolerance as we came to celebrate a graduation and it would have been nice to know that it was a no noise zone. The restaurant needs to get a better understanding of dietary requirements as they could not assist with halal-friendly meals nor did they know that pork was not an option for us. Specific instructions should have been given and perhaps a tutorial on how to get the hot tub going.

Rooms and bathrooms where very clean and nice

The Braai Grill needs to be replaced - it was all rusted and can cause some health problems.

Size, location.

It was not clean to European standard.
