Location and facilities were great

The shower didn’t drain adequately

Die Lage und die Einrichtung des Hauses waren überwältigend. Wären gerne länger geblieben. Der West Coast Nationalpark und die Lagune war nur wenige Minuten entfernt.

Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn wir für den Anfang zumindest eine Flasche Mineralwasser gehabt hätten. So mussten wir wieder in die Rezeption fahren und mussten für das Wasser bezahlen. Auch das Equipment für die Küche ist verbesserungsbedürftig.

I didn’t like the property, the facilities were unkept!

Upon arrival we found the freezer compartment frozen shut, it took some time to dislodge the draws without damaging them, the unit had been unoccupied and when we requested early check in at 14:00pm instead of 15:00pm I was surprised at how dirty the flooring was with hair on the floors from guests that had previously stayed. The showers were blocked with hair, the toilets were unclean with urine stains on the porcelain and there was a smell of effluent that hung in the air! The dinner plates were also dirty, when we discovered the main bedroom linen was stained we left a message on the call centre line! By 09:30am we had not heard back from senior management that were going to assist but then when I called back and reported the matter again we had three persons arrive from management when I was told the cleaning staff had no cleaning equipment to clean the gas hob! Lots of apologies followed but that’s where it ended, all magically restored upon departure, the guests from the UK 🇬🇧 I had thought differently!

De mensen bij de receptie, ontbrekende spullen in de keuken, lekkende dak van het terras, de bouwplaats naast ons, niet schoon zijn, etc

Excellent location with panoramic views of the lagoon..
