The Shark Bay Private Villas

I booked the property solely on the jacuzzi. Since we only booked in the afternoon, the message of the jacuzzi fill up etc. only came through after we secured and paid the booking. Which means, we were too late after 15:00 for it to be filled. This information isn’t stated anywhere, until you actually made the booking. We also didn’t get the villa, as per pictures on the booking. We booked top floor and got ground level. Staff didn’t really bother to do something regarding the jacuzzi situation.

couldn't find a frying pan in the unit

I did not like that my unit 302 was next to a construction site where they were building more units. It is not too much of a big deal, because the construction was during the day, when one is out and about, but it should have been disclosed and I would have rather booked unit 304 which is not adjacent the construction site.
