City centre apartment with roof terrace.

Lovely modern apartment, a few tiny marks on the carpet and a rip in the lino of the bathroom but was nice and clean.

Not one taxi driver knew where it was, we had to ask the owners for direct to it, they provided s what 3 word location which then made it easier.

Apartment situated a 10min walk frm Birmingham New Street, with straightforward key collection en route. Unfortunately, the lift was out of order, so the 4th floor climb was a challenge. The apartment was exceptionally clean.. the kitchen adorned with as new appliancess and and the hosts really have thought of every utensil, cooking/dining wear, additional bedding/towels.. and a welcomed extra deep bath tub/power shower. The large terrace was a gem of a 'bonus'.. with great views across Brum's skyline. We had a wonderfully relaxing evening.. thank you!

Lifts put of order and the kitchen would benefit from a deep clean.

The property is conveniently located for access to Centenary Square Broad Street and gas Street basin

The lift wasn’t working, but it’s always good to keep the step count up !

Nice and clean and right in the centre of Birmingham, with lovely views.

A perfect base for the Utilita arena. Very walkable and safe at night as flat just down from.Broad Street with shops and pubs etc. Smart block of flats. Clearly well looked after. And extremely quiet given proximity to everything. Gorgeous roof terrace with great city views both day and night - very Insta-worthy! Comfortable bed and sofa. Well equipped apartment.

Our instructions for collecting the key were sent very last minute (50 mins before our requested check in)which meant we were late checking in. I felt the £200 deposit was extreme for a 1 night stay and the ID request could have been sent prior to the arrival day - I had difficulty with signal being already in Birmingham at this point. There was no hot water in the morning so we were unable to shower properly which was disappointing. The host was looking into this however and was apologetic so just one of those things.... All in all none of these things would affect my choosing to stay here again however.

Poor checking in and checking out instructions. I had no idea it was a 12 minute walk to collect Key and having to drop the key back. No hot water. Stains on sheets.
