B&B HOTEL Ouistreham

B&B Hotel Ouistreham. I booked with hotel .com. when you get to the hotel,you enter your booking code on the panel . Then follow the directions. For me it didn't work, press buttons nice lady goes over details and gives me correct code. Nothing. Press buttons again, gentleman answered goes through it all again. No good calls manger goes through detail and paid at desk 😔 after a four hour drive, didn't enjoy this. I was told hotel.con should have forwarded the right code. B+B Ouistreham is clean and basic with air conditioning rooms. was safe. BMW R18 TC

L'accueil est professionnel et très agréable. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié. En revanche la literie est horrible : le sommier est une planche comme dans un F1.

I was given the wrong code to enter the hotel and so I had to contact via the key pad. The person on the other end was abrupt, I don't think I was the first. It took me, at 22h30, having just got off the boat, half an hour to get from arriving at the hotel door, getting the correct code, to my room. I was charged for two breakfasts but the desk soon corrected that. Breakfast was meagre - I wouldn't recommend it! The hotel was noisy both inside and out. There were a lot of French and Spanish motor bikers staying. I've stayed here before and it has always been OK - not this time!!

Very clean and quiet. 4 minutes from the ferry

This is a hugely convenient hotel if you're just getting off a ferry in Caen! The hotel is only a couple of minutes' drive away and is easy to find. We checked in late after reception is closed, but there was an automatic check-in machine that worked well. The room was basic but clean and functional, breakfast had everything we wanted. Recommend!

Difficulty getting in to the hotel despite having the code. The manager kindly came and assisted our entry. Room clean basic but comfortable bed.

Got there really late so couldn’t see if there was a view. Check in was all on the automatic check in which was easy and quick. Room was comfortable and clean (would have liked a second pillow).

Accueil et service correct, un soucis avec la douche qui nous a value un déménagement mais une jolie remise sur les petits déjeuner sans même avoir été obligé de le demander. En revanche propreté à revoir sur les mûrs des chambres.
