"Excellent hôtel "

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux pour 8,50 € par personne. L'hôtel est situé dans un environnement calme à quelques minutes à pied du centre ville de ouistreham (port) un peu plus loin pour le casino. Il y a des ballades à faire à pied et en vélo. L'hôtel possède un garage à vélo. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

"No frills but all we needed."

Thanks to the booking team for listening to my request for a top floor, river facing room. It was simple, quiet and comfortable, no frills but all we needed for a night's stay before catching the early ferry. We went to one of their recommended local restaurants and had a great meal. No breakfast till 7.30 at weekends, but the coffee machine made an excellent cappuccino to see us on our way. Will definitely use again. And next time will manage the check in instructions better...thanks to the man at the other end of the intercom for his help..!

The hotel is of excellent quality and the offer of an evening snack is very welcome. Breakfast is extensive. Check in on the machine in the lobby is not always reliable.

A notre arrivée j’ai dû insister pour ne pas repayer la réservation qui avait déjà été faite par PayPal ! Je suis persuadé que la taxe journalière était incluse dans le règlement sauf qu’il a fallu payer une fois de plus en espèces ! Ce n’est pas sur la somme (1,80€) c’est juste le principe !
