Beds too hard leftover food crumbs on surface of furniture and people smoked in room as there was a cigarette but left in window cill and breakfast very basic

Great little overnight stay. Ideal for ferry crossing. Less than a mile away from ferry port. Easy self service check in and was able to check in early

Stayed one night before ferry, really quiet and round the corner fromm the port. Room was basic but clean.

Hotel au confort plus que satisfaisant. Une qualité/ prix supérieure à d'autres chaîne. Le personnel est sympathique et professionnel.

Very close to the car ferry for journey home from france.about 3 minutes away! Will definitely use again.

Difficult to get in Kate. We eventually managed it but was stressful.

Did what it said it would. This is more a budget hotel than anything else so felt a little over priced. Checking in late at the machine was confusing. People before us didn’t see the option to view the entry pin on the screen and they didn’t receive an e-mail with the pin so we saw quite a lot of people, with families, go to there rooms then have to come back and work out how to get the pin. That said, rooms clean, beds relatively comfortable, rooms spacious and the shower worked. Breakfast was ok.

Basic but pleasant hotel . V clean room , excellent wifi . Lovely view across the field towards the river. 2 negatives - 1) little space for clothes ( most were left in our case )&2) the bright light from the air con unit kept waking us. Lovely staff , Good breakfast , though staff could be reluntant to refill at times - always had to ask - think this was due to how many rooms they still were waiting to come in for breakfast

No reception staff outside peak check in check out hours. Have to use entrance vestibule computer to check in and get lobby door to open. No soap for wash basin, have to use shower body wash dispenser
