Relax in Okere Falls

Very spacious so modern and classy such an amazing place environment was so perfect 😍

Nothing i absolutely loved it

Great location, good sized house

there were not enough beds. photos showed there were 2x trundle beds, there was 1 trundle and a mattress on the floor Three of the beds linen were stained, looked wet but was dry. the induction hob not working. As a large group of people who had already brought groceries for the meals we were going to prepare for the 3 night stay and could not use it at all, this was really important for us as one of the kids has Coeliac Disease and on a strict 100% gluten free diet. Not been from the area made it really hard to know what places were safe for her to eat (just because they make gf food does not mean their practices are safe for her). I feel that emailing the company because it was under warranty was no help to us at all. We ended up ordering takeaways every night which over the 3 night cost us OVER $500, and the child with Coeliac ate the same thing every night because it was the only chain outlet I knew was safe. The BBQ. You suggested we cook on the BBQ. I let you know through text the next day (with the toilet incident) that it was to dirty too cook on and we had nothing to clean it with (and again with coeliac, it was unsafe to use) and it was completely dismissed. dirty dishes in the cupboard, literally had food on them, as if they were eaten on then put back in the cupboard. we washed EVERYTHING before we used it..by hand state of the microwave. Had fat set on the top of microwave and splattered on the inside of the door, didn't smell that great either. The dishwasher was also moldy and smelly and we washed all dishes by hand. There was a broken light shade above the island in the kitchen that an adult cut their finger on passing something across the the counter The carpet was not vacuumed.half eaten lollies in between couch cushions (not from us) and so much more.... then tried to hit us with the plumber bill a week later (clogged toilet)

I like the place enough for what we need and more room for the family and close to the waterfall in a quiet place in the neighborhood was quiet and so relax for family holiday

The size and space

The oven was far too difficult to operate, no manual to make everything work as required, we couldn’t cook our meals so returned home with all of our shopping and pre-made meals

I loved the big house wrap around deck big bedrooms to fit our family in also was pet friendly the big fireplace kept us all warm. There was extra blankets for our cold night which was awesome

The property was damaged a hole in the stairwell also a kitchen light shade had been previously broken and not repaired there was dishes in the dishwasher also sheets in the washing room and rubbish under the beds downstairs the kitchen cupboards needed a good wipe down and there was someone's finger and head marks on the sliding door glass There wasn't any complementary coffee tea sugar milk or salt n pepper so we had to drive and buy some. Also the cleaner needs to clean out the shower drain it is full with hair I had to pull this out so the water can go down the drain it is full with hair and not very pleasant at all

The property is really spacious and good for a big group of family. Located in a quiet area where we can all relax and spend time with our family.

No curtains/blinds on the big glass door in the living room area. So I suggest to put a curtain would give us more privacy.

Loved the big space , not all of our group came but would’ve been a good time if they did. Awesome house if you have a big group

Food left in fridge , hole in wall above staircase . Walls could do with a good wipe down otherwise everything was awesome
