The home was exceptional, everything about our stay was amazing, the facilities were great. Would definitely recommend staying here! Will definitely be back on our next trip to Rotorua. Very happy

There were still washing linen still left in the machine other than that was great to stay.

We went as a group of 10. There were plenty of parking slots and rooms were tidy too. Loved the ez communication with landlord and would definitely recommend this place to friends that go to Rotorua.

"Huge house - great for family"

Huge living areas, a lot of place for the kids to run Good kitchen and bathroom Love the Fireplace

The downstairs(4th bedroom) were not really inviting- cold and dark - although with the heater it was fine A lot of tiny things broken and unfinished but overall the place is comfortable
