Huge great for big family or group of people

Only downside is only one shower but still ok

I like the place. Very spacious and comfortable. But just the garage area. Maybe if possible it will be use for the car.

Beautiful property and house! Great for big families

The house was luvly and spacious for our family staying there, luvly and warm up stairs especially with the fire place, appropriate kitchen facilities which was lovely to be able to cook while talking to whanau relaxing in the lounge area and kids playing in the section between lounge and room.

No appropriate heating available for the room below with us being in winter season, Rotorua during this season is very cold.

Plenty of room which was nice

Very unclean, there was rubbish left in the property, no hot water and nothing to light the fire with which made for a cold night
