Budget Double Room Close to Leeds University and City centre

Easily accessible on arrival and very accomadating to my needs on departure.

Area was fairly noisey at night being student accomadation, but it didnt affect my stay really.

No breakfast but the room was okay

Shared bathroom .I don't like it

there was not even a shampoo at the bathroom , there was milk the fridge but expired over ten days ago. I was unable to make myself a hot drink. bed was not comfortable at all

The room wasn’t clean, and it was noisy with guests showering and talking loudly outside the room. The bathroom wasn’t clean and there were no towels or hand towels. Nothing was provided and as a lone woman I felt fairly unsafe. I actually left after the first night and asked for a refund for the second which I was refused. The experience was unpleasant really - the whole place needs to be looked after better.
