Definitely not luxurious! Think they should be clear about very basic accomodation

Quite noisy at times. Could definitely be cleaner

"Not far from university but disappointing"

Close to the university, large room with large window. The bed was conformable.

Shared bathroom which is not clean, no towels provided. Room had no desk lamp. A large piece of broken furniture was simply laying in a corner of the room. The kitchen equipment is very minimal. The front door is damaged and does not feel safe. Can be noisy at night because of groups of drunken people on the street (not the hosts fault). Unclear check-in instructions given but after asking it was sorted. Since this appears to be a new structure I have offered feedback and hope it will be better for future guests.
