Budget Double Room Close to Leeds University and City centre

The location is good.

Only one toilet for everyone. I lived in the room on the ground floor. I have to go upstairs and use the toilet.

Nothing

There was mould on the ceiling and the bathtub was dirty and covered in rust. In addition to this. The host was very rude on the phone when I asked for a refund. I am hoping you will review the photos I’ve taken and take the precautions necessary so that guests in the future won’t have the unpleasant experience that I had Kind regards

It was in a good location

It wasn’t made clear that it was a shared bathroom for 5 rooms. You couldn’t access the garden terrace unless you walked around the back from the front road. My room had no tv or lamp

Had a horrible foisty smell

There was nothing likeable about this property sadly

'Luxurious Home' is a gross misdescription of what is nothing more than a rundown, shabby, student house in a Drug Dealer's Street !
