Mi è piaciuta la posizione, vicina alla stazione e al centro oltre al fatto che la camera con grande bagno al suo interno era stata ristrutturata di recente.

Il materasso cede eccessivamente sotto il normale peso del corpo; Il palazzo all'interno del quale c'è la struttura ricettiva, non ha l'ascensore; Per arrivare al palazzo c'è una lunga scalinata, dunque se avete delle valige pesanti, può essere faticoso; Di notte si sente chiaramente il rumore del passaggio di qualche treno merci.

La camera era pulita.

La posizione dell' appartamento è scomoda, praticamente in parte la stazione ferroviaria di La Spezia, parcheggiare l'auto è impossibile! La colazione??? inesistente
