"Not sure I would stay again"

Felt that the description on the site didn’t match reality. There was no sea views from the room. The views were out a high window looking at the countryside. The countryside was lovely but not what I believed it would be. There was no shower soap. One had to realise that the hand soap at the basin was for the shower too! Towels were extremely small. More suited to a child than an adult. Someone left conditioner in the shower but that was not removed. The bed was comfortable. Donel was great when we arrived but nothing after that.

"Peaceful stay in a lovely location"

This is my third time staying at the Lodge and I love it. The hosts are always so welcoming and the room is fabulous. The bed is very comfortable and the large shower is great, with nice views over the countryside. It’s a short walk or drive to the nearby restaurant, The Bosun which serves excellent food. A great stay in a quiet location.

"Superb stay, amazing value, offers best rates in cork area."

Beautiful property in gîte beside owners own home. Its in wonderfully secluded location with views over cork harbour to the front and countryside from our bedroom windows. Host was so friendly and helpful with great insider tips for local places to go, visit and eat at that were not touristy. Room was beautifully decorated and clean. It’s only a short 6min walk down to the local restaurant with stunning walks for miles along the sea front. Felt totally safe with gated entrance.

Nothing. Best I’ve stayed in and I’ve stayed all over the world in top hotels for work!

Es una habitación en una casa privada , la habitación estaba limpia y muy bien decorada . La anfitriona muy amable .

No especifica en booking que es una habitación en una casa privada . En booking en la descripción aparece como Hostal y crea confusión sobretodo si eres de otro País. No puedes utilizar ninguna zona común de la casa únicamente tú habitación. Está muy lejos de transporte y de supermercados , restaurantes…si no traes coche es un problema estar tan alejado en lo alto de una montaña .
