Luxury Shepherd Hut in the Peak District

- Lovely views - Lots of games in the cabin which was nice to play - Nicola (host) gave lots of recommendations for local walks and food, all our food options were booked using her recommendations -Although we didn’t bring our dog they are dog friendly - Relaxing and peaceful ! - Had literally everything, I bought shampoos etc but it was there. Lots of attention to detail. - Got a lovely sunset! - Was able to reach out to the host when I needed to. We would defo come again in the future☺️

The warm welcome from Nicky plus checking in via WhatsApp occasionally to make sure we had everything we needed. The hight quality of the finishings good quality. The lovely touches Chocolates/ Prosecco lots of hot drink choices provided plus all the essential condiments. Lots of clean towels toiletries. Shower exalent very clean powerful with plenty of hot water Very comfortable bed and pillows. Good WIFI Great location just a sort drive away to some amazing places to visit/walk The icing on the cake was the amazing view right outside our door We loved our stay and will definitely be returning soon Thanks Nicky 😊

The shepherds hut was beautiful set in a gorgeous location. Nicky couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful. She supplied us with so much fantastic information about the area with some lovely recommendations. I would book again in a heartbeat.

Had a great time at Bruntmoor! The hut was extremely clean and comfortable. It was well stocked with everything we needed. The location was so nice and peaceful with lots to do around. Nikki was a great host! She sent us lots of great recommendations and was around to ask any questions we had during our stay. Would definitely recommend!

Fabulous hut, very spacious, all mod cons and a great bed and shower. The views are a delight to wake up to and the host Nicky, just gets it. 🙏

It was perfect

Such a lovely stay, Nicky was so attentive the attention to detail in the hut was exceptional everything we needed!!! The location was perfect so peaceful but only 15 minute drive away from Bakewell town centre!!! we will definitely be returning!!!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my stay at the Bruntmoor Shepherd Hut. From start to finish, it was the most perfect, peaceful getaway. A Truly Wonderful Host The hosting from Nicky was exceptional. Before I even arrived, she provided a wealth of information—clear directions, local restaurant recommendations, places to visit, and nearby shops. When I pulled up, she came right out to give me the most gorgeous, warm greeting, making me feel incredibly welcome from the very first moment. We had a lovely chat, and she made sure I had everything I needed right away. Throughout the stay, she checked in via message every day just to ensure I was comfortable. She is a truly wonderful, welcoming person who genuinely cares about her guests. ​Inside the Hut: Cozy, Luxurious, & Fully Equipped ​The hut itself is a masterclass in comfort and attention to detail. I slept incredibly well thanks to the exceptionally comfortable bed and lovely bedding. It features full central heating and a cozy wood-burning stove (with all the logs, kindling, and fire starters generously provided).​Nicky has thought of absolutely everything: ​Tech & Entertainment: Excellent Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, plus a great selection of maps, books, magazines, and games. ​The Kitchenette: Generously stocked with tea, coffee, hot chocolate, sugar, and milk in the fridge for arrival. There’s a Nespresso machine with pods, plus essentials like cooking oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper. The utensil and cutlery drawers are fully equipped. ​The Bathroom: A fantastic double-headed shower with good water pressure and temperature. She provides shampoos, shower gels, and hand wash. There is even a hair dryer and a 3x magnification mirror perfect for shaving or makeup. ​Thoughtful Extras: A fan is provided for hotter weather, and the space is dotted with cute, quirky decorations that give it so much character. ​The Great Outdoors & Stunning Views ​The location is breathtaking.

Stunning location and beautiful views to wake up to. Everything about the hut was lovely - gorgeous finishing touches, Prosecco & truffles, great shower, log burner - loved it all!

Absolutely nothing!

By far the best shepherds hut I’ve stayed in,excellent location for days out in the peaks and was nice and secluded from the main road. The hut it’s self was spotless and catered for everything you could possibly need,great layout with a very large comfortable bed one end and a more than spacious kitchen/dinning area with a great log burner, loved the layout of the bathroom and had a nice walk in shower..was more than impressed with the instant hot water and central heating too. Was greeted and made to feel special by Nicola with a complimentary bottle of drink and chocolates for myself and plenty of toys and ham bone for my dog, Loved the amazing views looking over the Peak District and the secure paddock which allowed my dog to run and roam freely.

Nicky was attentive & proactive. She made sure we had everything we needed & the hut was wonderful.
