Luxury Shepherd Hut in the Peak District

Cozy hut in a great location. Spotlessly clean with all the amenities you need. The enclosed garden for dogs is brilliant and the host was really attentive throughout my stay. Would definitely book again!

It was clean, cozy and had everything you need, its in a beautiful location, nicky went above and beyond to make our stay perfect, would 100% recommend, we'll definitely be coming back

Nicky was a great host. She was always in touch to make sure we had everything we needed and provided excellent local recommendations for food and activities. The Shepherd Hut itself was lovely - it was extremely comfortable, and all the little homely touches were thoughtfully done and made the hut even cozier. It was also very well equipped with a full kitchen and modern bathroom. We were also celebrating a birthday, and Nicky provided an excellent celebration package for us, which made the day even more special. We will definitely stay here again.

What was not to like about this property! Well thought out shepherds hut with everything & more that you could need. Nothing was too much trouble & communication was second to none!

There was nothing not to like….perfect!

Fantastic stay! We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Bruntmoor Cottages. Nicky was an excellent host: highly communicative and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. She welcomed us with a little treat for us and our dog. We even forgot an item, and she very kindly retrieved it and posted it back to us. Thanks Nicky! The huts are very well equipped with heating, log burner, oven, microwave, wifi and TV, and a spacious bathroom. The bed is perfect size and comfy. Location is very good! We would definitely return!

Not a major issue for us, but a couple of small improvements could make the huts even better. Clearer signage ahead of the turning would be helpful, as we missed it a few times- Google Maps seemed to be slightly off. Additionally, a bit of decluttering inside the huts would create more usable space and make it easier to keep personal belongings separate from the items already provided.

Brilliant stay. We came here last year for the same weekend and loved it. The huts are amazing to stay in - have everything you could possibly need for a weekend escape and the personal touches from the host makes it even more special. Will definitely be coming again.

Nothing - the only downside was that the TV didn’t connect to the internet but it wasn’t an issue for us.

Fully equipped with lots of little extras. Comfortable bed, Fab shower. Lovely real fire.

Really close to lots of good walks. Really dog friendly- if you’re thinking of going but don’t have a dog, consider acquiring one

Loved the spacious and comfy bed! Bedding and mattress allowed a great night sleep. Brilliant views straight out of the hut. Easy location and very helpful assistance from the owner.

Would of been nice to have more storage space for our belongings so we could of stored them away easier during our trip. Needs more little lights to fill the space with mood lighting the evening.
