Luxury Shepherd Hut in the Peak District

It was quiet and secluded making our stay so peaceful. This is the perfect stay for couples and the kitchen is stocked full of everything you could need. The bathroom is beautiful and the log burner heats the space so well and is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. There’s a box of games and guides to keep you entertained and the owners provide so many little gifts later out for you when you arrive. I cannot fault this place it’s amazing and I will definitely be coming back.

Nothing, it’s amazing here

Excellent location, excellent facilities and a wonderful view.

My only criticism would be the bed was slightly hard but I’m very aware this can be personal preference.

Brilliant accommodation and the host was lovely and helpful. Lots of little touches and anything we needed was no bother. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Communication was brilliant all throughout, the hut itself its beautiful inside,well stocked and even being in the freezing temperatures was lovely and warm.

We had a lovely stay at the shepherds hut in the Peak District. It was spotlessly clean and beautifully set up, with lots of thoughtful little touches. The location was peaceful and perfect for our two little dogs, who loved having so much freedom.

The attention to detail was excellent and a warm welcome with a selection of goodies for us and our dog. Nice touch. Not a thing out of place and incredibly clean and tidy .The owner was on hand to help if needed and even supplied extra wood for the log burner when we needed it. It was very dog friendly and the view out of the windows are breathtaking. Located near Bakewell and Buxton so plenty to do and see. Exceptional property and highly recommend

Our stay was wonderful from start to finish. The space was immaculate, cosy, and perfectly prepared for us. Nicky was a brilliant host—welcoming, thoughtful, and always available if we needed anything. We truly loved our time here and would happily return!

Absolutely incredibly cosy hut with stunning views. Everything you could ask for there as well. Nicola was a fantastic host and really made me feel very welcome. I was there by myself and I felt perfectly safe as well. Beautiful area.

We had an amazing stay at the shepherd hut it has everything that you’d need. It’s quiet and dog friendly plenty of space for the dog to run around outside while being safe. Nicky is amazing and made sure that we had the best time.
