We couldn’t get get into the accommodation, when calling the accommodation number men awnsered speaking German saying they lost their phone in Berlin. Eventually got through to a lady who kindly gave us the number

We arrived and the property owner never got back to my messages with the code for key box. So was left stranded in Belfast City with a child and no other accommodation as there was a concert on that night which we had to attend. As we were on the phone to booking. Come for over 3hrs to try get somewhere alternative which we couldn't we were also late for or concert and had to sleep in our car worst experience ever

No communication

I liked the space it was super comfortable and I liked that it had everything I needed

The sofa bed was uncomfortable to sit on as it was the only sofa in the lounge area

Location and calmness

Toilet was not cleaned.. Hygiene should be maintained.

Great location, easy parking, comfortable bed and amazing value for money

Location was great but it was hard to find grocery shops or supermarkets nearby.

The apartment needs a proper deep cleaning and the smell of mould throughout the whole property was quite disturbing. Crusty pans and dusty glasses plus the washing machine was out of order. We could barely take a shower as not enough pressure, issues with water temperature as either too hot or too cold.

This is a great location if you are visiting the city and want to see the tourist attractions. The apartment is so welcoming and has a real homely feel to it and much prefer this atmosphere rather than a hotel. The double bed in the bedroom was comfortable. It was clean, with all clean linen and towels provided. The area is quiet with a shop within a short walking distance and a bit further up the road there are some supermarkets etc. Plenty of public transport to get around the city so no need for a car.

The shower needs a new head on it and its not very powerful, the sofa bed in the living room was hard and uncomfortable.
