Perfect location

Nice and big

A beautiful and stylish apartment. It's unlike any other, with a unique atmosphere. Everything is missing except a chopping board. One of the bathrooms should have the glass covered to feel more privately. A wonderful balcony, where you can enjoy your morning coffee without the sun. We were greeted with a bottle of water and Italian snacks. The host was very kind and helpful, and contacted quickly if needed.

Museal anmutende , wunderschön stilvolle Wohnung mit Gemälden und Antikmöbeln, gesamte Einrichtung ist in hervorragendem Zustand in einem schönen Altbau und mit moderner Technik ausgestattet. Durchdachte Ordnung aller Haushaltsgegenstände, ausreichend Spiegel, kunstvoll ineinander greifende Schranktüren, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Die Kommunikation mit Alessandro war reibungslos und verbindlich . Auf jede Frage oder Mitteilung kam sofort eine Antwort . Er gab uns viele hilfreiche Hinweise . Beste Matratzen u. Kopfkissen im ges. Urlaub .... Schöner Balkon mit Blick auf den Park . Wohnung sehr zentral . Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig erreichbar.

Der Wasserstrahl in der Dusche ist auch uns aufgefallen, könnte aber auch eine verständliche Sparmaßnahme in einem wasserarmen Land sein .

The location was great. Although the apartment is quirky, we loved it. The building is impressive. There is everything you need and there is a lovely balcony, overlooking the park. Alessandro was very helpful and quick to respond.

Nothing really, water pressure in shower was not great, but it is an old building.

Gospodarz przyjechał aby przekazać nam klucze, oprowadził po mieszkaniu i przekazał najważniejsze informacje. Oferował pomoc w każdej sprawie. Apartament znajduje się tuż przy głównej ulicy Katanii, jednak jest oddzielone od niego parkiem. Świetna lokalizacja, restauracje ze świetnym jedzeniem tuż obok. Niemniej w mieszkaniu słychać odgłosy ulicy, szczególnie rano. Mieszkanie jest przestronne, komfortowe i gustownie urządzone, bardzo dobrze wyposażone.

Najmniej podobała nam się łazienka. Przydałoby się jej odświeżenie.

This is picky, but all 3 of us found the pillows thin and uncomfortable.

Large rooms, & comfortable beds/ able to do laundry & make simple meal in kitchen. Two toilets great asset for our 3 adults

Unfortunately, no combined sitting room other than kitchen… but we didn’t come to Catania to sit in our accommodation, so not really a complaint - just an observation .
