Studio flat Gants Hill with Free Parking

There is parking at the property which a huge bonus in London. The keys were very easy to collect from the lock box. The property is a good size for one or two with kitchen and bathroom. The living area has a sofa, TV and beds.

Some areas need attention, the cleaning wasn't the best with cobwebs in the kitchen, marks on the bedding. The beds are singles, and they aren't big singles at all. The TV is connected via the internet, which sometimes need prompting to connect in order to watch TV.

Rustige buurt en prima woning, van alle gemakken voorzien. Prettige begeleiding van de host.

De bedden bieden iets te weinig steun voor je rug. Een nieuwe matras zou zeker helpen.

The mattresses on both beds were really poor quality. You could feel the springs when laying on them. I even put the second duvet over my mattress but this didn't help.When I would move, you could hear the springs. I messaged the owner to advise him & suggested he purchased new ones. There was no effort made to apologise or do anything. He simply stated no-one else had reported this. My main reason was to have 2 good night's of sleep but I didn't get this.

It was so very quiet accomodation

Location is nice , free parking is definitely the advantage.

The mattresses and pillows were uncomfortable for us.

A very clean accommodation with the fixtures and fittings looking new and in good condition. The Annex is located at the back of the garden behind the main property. The people living in the main property are very helpful and friendly and assisted me in a number of ways during my stay.

Having the option of free parking in London these days is a cost saving bonus as many hotels now charge for this. The location is within walking distance to 2 well known large supermarkets, one of which sells cheaper than average fuel for vehicles, Having full cooking and washing machine means the Annex is suitable for a home from home stay.

I think a washing up bowl in the kitchen sink would be a water saving and helpful feature

The Annex located at the back of a rear garden, is a quiet peaceful and private space. It ideally suited my requirements a solo visitor working in the local area Handily placed just 5 minutes walk from a large supermarket.
