the property is in back of someone’s garden and felt you were been watched all time there is a gate to get to property if you don’t have key is a hassle you have to walk through the garden to access property dogs use garden and there is dog droppings around

I left something in the flat and the owner was amazing. He personally delivered it to a friend. So appreciative and grateful.

The mattresses were challenging on your back.

Location worked well for where we was working at, very clean, well equipped kitchen.

Nothing, slightly tight to park a van on the drive but space on the road outside the property to park.

Fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, clean and new bathroom. Spacious place that sleeps 2 with ease. Plently of space for storing stuff.

The sofa is broken. The beds are kid beds - this is not an exaggeration. I am 1m.84cm and the edge of my feet (ankles) was outside of the bed - anybody above 1.80 will have to sleep somewhat curbed. The mattresses are a joke, possibly the cheapest of the cheap and very (VERY) soft, meaning that you sink in them. The owner asked us for security deposit of GBP250 outside of the Booking.com platform (he said via bank transfer!!!!! Seriously sir, you're looking for idiots?). He also responded to me -when asked- that his location is in London zone 3 whereas in reality he is in zone 4, that cost me 40 GBP additional to the 7 day oyster ticket I bought for zones 1-3. And yes it was my responsibility to research this better but it's his accountability to own what he responds. If you don't know something, don't answer. If you do, own it.

Beautiful very spacious apartment with Excellent kitchen facilities. Nice and quiet situated in an excellent easily accessible location.

Everything was fantastic as did not have much expectation. I am a solo traveler and the location of the property to public transport was also good. Even I could travel to shopping places on foot. Nobody bothered me and liked the property very much. I will recommend to people who may want visit London.
