Studio flat Gants Hill with Free Parking

Great location if you want to get into London. Free parking and easy access for us to come and go freely. Although it is located at the bottom of the garden it felt private and was peaceful. Lovely set up with a well equipped kitchen and living area. The bathroom had a bit of a strange smell but was a good size with a large shower. I think it was a good price for the location, especially with free parking. I have recommended it to my friends.

I found one of the beds squeaky and very soft. The sofa bed was a firmer alternative. We were only provided with one bath towel each. It would have been nice to have hand towels too.

It was very light, loved the fact it had air conditioning, very quiet as well. Was somewhere to park immediately outside. Owner was fairly responsive. Great that it had a proper oven, hob, microwave etc.

Quite a bit of what I can only assume is sawdust around some of the door frames. Internet very poor and mobile signal almost non-existent.

The accommodations were exceptional, and the host was very welcoming. The amenities provided ensured a comfortable and homely stay.

There is no issue to report. However, if it were necessary to make a recommendation, the mattresses could be firmer. Nevertheless, this is a matter of personal preference and does not constitute a problem.

Communication prior to stay was excellent. The flat has everything you need and more. We will definitely use again.

Roomy, good bathroom, good size kitchen all what you need, lounge good size.

Host not very socialable, apart from a video call for a couple of minutes ,nothing, no welcome, pack, sofa, rock hard ,very uncomfortable, and kettle in the kitchen rediculios. Idea, £25 extra if not out at required time, £25 extra if crockery left dirty.

Very safe, big and comfortable

Was a little disappointed there was no tea bags and I forgot to buy some for when I arrived thinking they would be there. Hard to understand the heating system
