"GREAT HOTEL AND LOCATION - It's unfortunate they are now charging for parking."

The staff was so kind; friendly and helpful and made sure we were well taken care of! The fitness center is a plus for our family and they have what you need to get your workout in away from home! This location is close to restaurants and shopping and close to the major highways. Beds are so comfy! There is a fee for breakfast, but we always head to our favorite breakfast spot. Skip the hotel breakfast and head to First Watch! You won't be disappointed!

We hadn't been at this location for a while and when we arrived, we immediately noticed the signage for daily parking rates. This was a turnoff because it appears they are moving towards California in that they charge for parking. Each night is $10 and although may be a small charge for some, this isn't the way to win back customers. Looks like we will be checking out other great hotels in Tempe who do not charge for parking.

"Probably won’t stay again."

Location, price and room.

I texted twice about an early check in and got no response. I have gotten this in the past. When I mentioned this to reception the woman said, “I don’t have anything to do with that.” No, I am sorry or anything. Not a good response.
