"It could’ve been better, especially for the price."

The location was great. The pool and gym were also very nice. And happy hour was a bonus.

The beds were uncomfortable. Paid parking was ridiculous, not like it’s Disneyland. Booking advertised continental breakfast, didn’t get it.

The staff is very friendly and kind. The location is so convenient… I come to visit my daughter and she’s only about five minutes away.

The only thing that would’ve improved my stay is my rental car was an EV, so a charging station at the hotel would’ve been helpful

"Be aware this Hotel is next to a busy Freeway, make sure you book the street side, not freeway side."

The hotel was newish and was easy to find. It had a nice lobby and for the most part the room was nice. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good.

You really want to double check which Hilton you're staying at, there are several Hilton Gardens in the Tempe area, I had wanted to stay at the Tempe, but was at Phoenix-Tempe, using similar names is confusing. I ended up at the one NEXT TO freaking Freeway, 101, and on the Freeway side. This freeway, never has a quiet time. The rooms AC unit might be the noisest I've ever found, so between freeway, the AC Unit and a bed that wasn't comfortable. I had a pretty bad few nights sleep. I did use/have ear plugs as well. The mirror in the room was off the hooks so just resting on the floor. -So.... overall, I don't recommend. But I also accept that this experience might be a one off. Hilton is typically very good.
