Lovely facility, clean comfortable rooms , great gym

Front desk individual at check in was RUDE !! Third visit using your hotel , I was so disappointed , have booked another visit with you , but have given serious consideration to looking elsewhere . Also new parking fee ?????

The lighting. Unable to turn on bathroom light without turning on hall light. The barn door, lack of privacy and sound level to the room.

Close to food places

The towels in the room were dirty and had hairs in them. The food there was okay, not great and there wasn’t much seating for how large the hotel is. Would be nice if there was someone that walked around asking if we needed anything.
