NZI wasn't comfortable with the requirement to upload extensive personal information into an unknown system before getting an access code but this was eventually resolved.
NZIt was easy - we were sent a code for key pad the day before so was perfect as our friends arrived before us. The house was very spacious and comfortable beds with a beautiful view over the lake. We were down for a wedding so weren't there a lot but would definitely come back.
Think it was just confusing cos I kept getting messages from BCR and had been scammed on this booking in December so wasn't sure if it was legit to start with as grammar not perfect. Would have preferred just to deal with the home owners or booking.com direct. Also had to remove rubbish which was slightly annoying with a full car and driving back to Chch.
NZAbsolutely everything! The house was so warm, spacious, clean. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels provided. Cannot fault anything! Would thoroughly recommend. The views were amazing.
