I loved the location right in the centre of Stone Town with views of the harbour. On arrival I was originally in an adjacent building but due to technical issues with WiFi which was not rectified in 30 mins I was moved to the main building. This shows the exceptional customer care provided.

Given the properties location some rooms suffer from external noise . Matter’s beyond the hotel’s control. I would have liked to see mosquito nets over the beds , Although beach side location given the fuel powered boats I didn’t feel comfortable swimming in the water there.

Loved the location and the breakfast buffet!

We maybe should have stayed in the hotel! Lots of stairs up to our room. One of the servers was a little unfriendly 🙁

Séjour mémorable dans cet hôtel à Stone Town. L’emplacement est tout simplement magique, juste en face de la plage. L’établissement est luxueux avec trois piscines, dont deux sur le rooftop, offrant une vue magnifique sur la mer et le port. Le restaurant est ouvert 24h/24 en bord de plage, ce qui a été particulièrement apprécié pendant le Ramadan : le chef s’est même réveillé pour nous permettre de manger durant la nuit. Le personnel est extrêmement accueillant et attentionné. De vraies petites vacances inoubliables

À noter : les appartements sont situés à environ 2 minutes de marche de l’hôtel, mais cela permet de profiter de ce lieu magnifique à Stone Town sans payer le prix complet. Un bon compromis
