Je n ai pas eu le studio que j avais réservé mais une chambre d une catégorie inférieure. Sans explication ni information avant de me plaindre a la réception le lendemain de mon arrivée

It was a very pleasant stay. The unit was clean and comfortable. The restaurant served a delicious breakfast.

The apartment we stayed in was on the top floor, with no elevator available.

L’emplacement parfait, la disponibilité du personnel et la réactivité. La propreté et la sécurité. La possibilité de profiter des piscines et de la plage du même établissement.

À améliorer: plus de détails et transparence sur les offres d’activités proposées par l’hôtel, les collaborations avec les prestataires

Bar staff is good

Reception staff is not helpful, I think they are in a mood that they are the only hotel in StoneTown

Liked everything from the first go to the last

Room was detailed in every way apart from missing bathroom slippers

Some staff was nice

Even i knew that the room will be not in a main building, but the room was quite away from the main building, not in a nice area. The room was very dark, the view from the window - wither other walls or garbage. Shower was not working properly
