Courteous staff.

Housekeeping attention to details - missed keeping tea bags etc. Towels not fluffed properly. Did not have too many vegetarian options. But chef made some special off the menu item for dinner.

It’s a very cool place with great facilities, professional staff and the cook is truly fantastic

Unfortunately they were doing quite a lot of work on the property, so the pool was closed for part of the stay…it would nice to have been warned as we chose the hotel mostly for the pool

Loved this property .. loved the hospitality.. the staff is very courteous. It is right at the beach front . Do opt for the sea facing room. The food is really good. The beach is super clean .

Everything is good about this hotel

Food was good and the chef prepared some good breakfast and the buffet Lunch hosted by Anansa for Christmas was good.

The room did not have a couch or a center table, the balcony is a very small extension and they call it a Super Delux Sea View. The outside premised gets very crowded during evening time if they are having external weddings and it gets very noisy till 10pm and cannot sit in the balcony,

The location is nice but you have to cross the road and the rocks that lead to the beach are quite unsafe. Except the location nothing else was good about this place

The staff is inexperienced, don’t know how to handle guest queries well, the rooms for a family were given far apart, we paid 12K plus taxes for 2 rooms that were not beach facing even though we requested, food is not great at all c flies galore at the restaurant, rooms underwhelming, AC doesn’t work well. Service was good but staff inexperienced to handle problems.
