Brilliant location. Value for money. The property is probably understaffed. Has a great potential. Facilities such as gym will be a great add on. The staff were very friendly. Anishia (Supervisor), Deena, Afsal , Abhinand at front office, Arun (manager), Bilbin, Nandhana, Mohan, Pansai Fariz at the restaurant. Food at at the restaurant was excellent. Responses to questions over phone/WhatsApp has been very prompt. Check in and Check out was seamless.

Nothing in particular. Onsite laundry would have been convenient for quick wash and dry service expecially for families travelling staying for 3-4 days. Water issue could have been averted on day 2 and it took a while for someone to arrive. hopefully lessons have been learnt, thank you!

Location was great. Very clean. The staff were very nice. The pool was nice and clean.

The rooms were slightly small. Also had issues with the hot water. Did not get any.
