Mycket hjälpsam och trevlig personal. Nytt kylskåp. Jättesköna kuddar.

Jag hade önskat att dom tömde mina sopor. Överfullt efter tre dagar och även städa en gång i alla fall. Fick toalettpapper när jag bad om det.

"Great hotel"

I stayed there for 2 months. And was really nice experience. Staff are super nice people who always try to help. I really liked garden and pool, that was great. Hotel has perfect location and everything you need is super close.

Maybe it needs a little bit renovation in bathrooms

"Great location and good value for money"

The location was perfect, walking distance to the beach and all restaurants and shops. Right in the middle of everything in Kuta. The staff is friendly and nice. The swimming pool is nice and clean.

It wasn’t the cleanest, but that doesn’t bother me. You get what you pay for, it’s good value for money. The bathroom was a little bit smelly and the water also smelled funny.

Nothing about this place impressed me

No internet, no staff spoke English. They would acknowledge that they would try to help but they would not actually do anything. Very very annoying and useless staff.
