Nice pool. Bed comfy, fridge cold. Staff friendly.

Building work currently going on daily from 8am , grinders, hammering etc. everything a bit tired, air con noisy. Only one plug socket in the room.

I loved this hotel. Randomly booked it last minute, I was so pleasantly surprised to find this green haven in the middle of Kuta. Fantastic for this price. No sound of cars, motorbikes and bars.. perfect. Lovely owner and staff. I will choose to stay here again when in Kuta area.

I really liked many aspects of the property: its garden, pool, and proximity to shopping and restaurants. It was magnificent. It's right in the city center. All our requests were met. Ms. Diah and all the other staff were very attentive and friendly. I felt right at home during this stay. For the price, I recommend it to everyone.

I really liked the pool area, and the fact the hotel felt peaceful compared to most of kuta. The room was a nice size and provided a kettle and a fridge which is great. The bathroom had everything I needed. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. Very close location to restaurants, massages and other amenities, walkable to the beach.

When I arrived there was no water supply in my room and when it returned after a few hours the water was red/brown for another couple of hours which put me off a bit. I found it difficult to find staff to ask questions to, also they gave a menu out for food and then I was told they weren't making food, which isn't too big of a deal because there are alot of restaurants close by.

No hot water, noisy, no curtains.
